Shipping Policy
Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within one business day. Subsequently, delivery times are typically 1-3 business days for metro areas or 2-5 business days for regional areas.
Tracking details will be provided to your email once the order has been shipped.
If no one is present to collect the delivery, your order will either be placed in a designated safe location, or Australia Post will leave a calling card notifying where you can collect your item.
We also offer free local pick up from Greystanes, 2145, should you wish to collect your order. Orders are usually processed within one business day after confirmation. Once the item is ready to collect, we will call or sms to advise you to come by and pick up your order. Please ensure to have your ID or receipt of pickup confirmation ready when you arrive.
AUS Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders above $99, otherwise a flat rate of $12 applies.
AUS Express Shipping (usually 1-2 business days after dispatch) is also available for a flat rate of $15.
Please allow for an extra few days during sale periods, public holidays and peak times.
